Antepartum Doula

An antepartum Doula is very helpful to those who have complications regarding pregnancy, have landed on bedrest, someone who just needs to feel supported and heard, or maybe someone who has a very busy (or altogether absent) partner without much support from other family members, and need the companionship, or just first time parents. Whatever it may be, your care is personalized for you.

• Attending doctor's visits with you.

• Providing you with resources.

• Educating you on your choices and rights.

• Helping with the nursery.

• Helping with baby planning. 

• Light household tasks if you're on bedrest.

• Help with meal planning.

The following packages are available, with the sliding fee scale being anywhere from $15/hr to $25/hr, but we can also create a personal package to fit your needs:

• 8 Hours | $120 - $200

• 16 Hours | $216 - $360 (10% Off)

• 24 Hours | $306 - $510 (15% Off)

• 32 Hours | $384 - $640 (20% Off)

• 40 Hours | $420 - $700 (30% Off)

A 50% nonrefundable fee is due at contract signing, and the remainder is due before our first session together. You can split your hours however you'd like from 6 months gestation up to birth. If you have antepartum hours leftover when baby is born we can easily schedule them for postpartum.
